This is a 2016 new wave / post punk compilation album featuring Junebug songs which are in the aforementioned style of music. It is mostly upbeat power chord-based guitar songs with synths and organs on the top. The songs are quite fast-paced, melodic and catchy. Our influences included bands / artists such as The Cars, Elvis Costello, The Jam, The Buzzcocks, Joy Division, The Police, The Ramones, The Stranglers, Blondie, The Clash, Talking Heads, Joe Jackson, The Knack, Nick Lowe, Gary Numan, The Undertones, The Teardrop Explodes and The Tom Robinson Band. All in all a good cross-section of the New Wave / Post-punk music spectrum!
